HOBO-request

HOBO-request is an application I designed and implemented with John Readey (HDF group) to integrate HOBOLink stations and sensors with HSDS (Highly Scalable Data Service) and have all environmental data neatly organized in an HDF5 store with rich metadata.

The application can found on Gitlab and can be downloaded as a PyPi package. It was developed for the UVA-ARC project with support from the NSF (grant #2022639).
